We will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days and allow further 1-3 business days for transit.

We will determine the best options for you.  If it is a small parcel, we normally use Australia Post and we will use courier/ freight companies for bigger parcels.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched.  Please send us an email to info@mynoelle.com.au to check your order status.

If your order was damaged during transit, please send a photo of the broken item(s) to info@mynoelle.com.au for our record and we will send you a replacement at our cost.

Please choose your order carefully as we do not offer refund for change of mind.  If the product is defective or damaged in transit, it will be handled as mentioned above.
